A fully self aware and rare memo of what I have been doing and where I am heading.

I have no illusion the absolute slop we are about to see on the internet. I don't want to add to that. I have been a web developer for over a decade pushing two. Forever ago, I wanted to major in journalism, so you know how frustrated I am with that whole scene in combination of AI generation today,, SO, I will go web dev until I can dump my brain into my own media platform.

To the Engineers: I didn't wake up a baby to development ex. apache2, DREAMWEAVER, sublime, but never VIM tmux is the way but for language, please pick your poison . What ever happened to sublime? Oh my heart HOWEVER DID WE LET VSCODE WIN? Remember SUBLIME !!??!, now back to all readers.

madLads remembers.

Today, we see the frantic in "AI replacement" of virtually everything. That's silly. There's like, 99.999999% of us would love some supporting AI to extend and expand our own bandwidths to walk this earth, "like Kang in Kung Fu!" I don't have the same sentiment as Big companies. Maybe I need feel it that way because the monopolies of them have not provided progress for our lives or society in quite some time. They've taken over with giant marketing teams and huge sales budgets. Provide, Right?

So why can't I?

I can. I can build amazing things from a proprietary foundation. It's granted me a lifelong gift. Not in riches......but a life. The life where I raised my kids. I got to walk my daughter to school and back many of her days. Gather the joy of being terrorized by the cutest son ever. Where I get to ride my bike to work to pay balance a bill or pay a credit card because I'm underperforming not invoicing that quarter very well. I am so fortunate to have this type of freedom. Programming has also gifted me my time. I saw this as what I wanted 6 years ago when I dove into learning and understanding documentation for express and nodeJS. <----But that's techy, i digress.

What Scott is doing?

I am completing a website builder and Business Suite all-in-one. It has been 6 years in development when you understand what programming learning really is. it is daily go to class, never stop, always curate, always create, but in my case, cut out ALL the third parties! It was that one relentless drive in this past 6 years that gives me a singular separation from the pack. I would outlearn and outgrow what daily bosses would stifle to many of our peers.

When we all got AI support in code, some freaked. I'll assume many of you who freaked about your jobs, not all, but many we asleep at the wheel. It's not because you are less or bad, but you were misled. You learned on the time you had left or had the energy for. Leaning and the time to learn in your lane with no speed limit is empowering the act of living in it feels enlightening. This article is about bagging on people about superiority...I often wonder what someone with major crazy awesome skills beyond the greeley webapp guy are building with consumer level AI. I imagine they are probably creating the product we are all using, coding tools.

From the outside looking into the industry I see learners turn into laborers. I say your PI should set you free today! That was your equity that was horded. Unless we shift the tide in how we build as programmers, we'll always have the giants pulling strings on the arbratrage of jobs. This only settles fears of investors. It's not their faults either. Shit's Broken!

Forward on: When they go Low, Go Lower.

Let me explain. Go lower than a web application. Like the one I am really gearing up the marketing for these last few weeks. I am organizing friends and volunteers and partners to bypass the madness of the tecch industry, and build a network with me. Its beyond ambitious, it pushes granderous delusion and somewhat insane. Some would say mad.

Crypto Hype, like 2 versions ago, taught me how to homelab. I am NOT a networking engineer. Network Engineers Exist. What I propose is organizing a new network to build others' products upon. I'm doing this thing but first I need shift from big ideas to the owner of madLadsLab and Scott's Lab.

My Job today is to help businessmen and women gain (sorry, pitch and seo disciplines incoming) "access to enterprise software at a small subscription that can potentially eliminate hundreds in subscriptions and fees alone". It is my pledge to the completion of my own product to sign up 100 users on this platform. I am your developer and a click away. Easy onboarding Direct with me. I am in Greely meeting with individual subscribers to get their websites live. Watch the Network grow. Help me spread the word or ask me how you can be involved.

3 different ways to participate today: Sales Commission, sLab Buisness Suite User, Network Host (at the bottom).

An Unexpected Location, a TLDR;

I know Greeley, Colorado the hub of Weld County is not the palo alto of the Rockies. It is the high desert. It the right place for all the right reasons. Sidestepping third parties means you can sidestep Data Warehouses. You sidestep the export of commerce and its revenues. How? You remove yourself from the arrogant baseball club owners, and you go to work. You bury your head annd don't come up until you buy the team yourself! How's that for arrogance? Hello World! I am here as a disruptor. -sw
